What do you think? Do you agree with me that it would help more to put affordable housing in more affluent neighborhoods? If so, how do you suggest organizations do it?

| Scott, you are absolutely right. Nothing is a greater force determining the fate of the individual, than the socialization of the individual. Technological education is useless without the socialization that enables the individual to take advantage of the education. |
